DraftTack Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, or items please return the item(s) in resellable condition with a copy of the invoice to:

Please tell us the reason for the return.
If you wish your money refunded we will credit your original card for the amount of the item, or send a check, minus the shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange for another size or item, let us know what you would like. Please enclose a check for the new shipping cost.

For an even exchange - your invoice would have the shipping charges on it

For a different item pretend you are going to buy it and see what the shipping is in the shopping cart, check the total, then cancel before adding credit card information. If the difference from the returned item(s) and this total is in your favor, we will credit your original card for that amount, or send a check with the item ordered.

We do not keep any credit card information so we need a check for the difference in price and shipping costs if you owe us more.
